Elección . Los miembros de la Junta Directiva, principales y suplentes, serán elegidos por la Asamblea General, para períodos de dos (2) años y unos y otros podrán ser reelegidos sucesivamente. El período de los Directores se contará desde el día siguiente al de su elección sin que por ello se invaliden los actos o decisiones de los directores salientes, mientras no tomen posesión de sus cargos los nuevos nombrados ante el Superintendente Bancario.
