Artículo séptimo. Los Inspectores de Control de Fermentadas tendrán jurisdicción en lodo el Departamento y estará a su cargo, al igual que las demás autoridades de Higiene, de Policía o las que hicieren sus veces, el velar por el estricto cumplimiento de la Ley 31 de 1948 y su Decreto reglamentario número 4194 del mismo año. Pasarán al Director Departamental de Higiene informe semanal de sus labores, para que este funcionario le envíe al Ministerio de Higiene.
