El citado Departamento, tan pronto como reciba las cubiertas o fajas de que tratan los artículos 12 y 13, o informes fundamentados respecto a irregularidades en los franqueos, procederá a comprobar los hechos y presentará al Ministro los proyectos de resolución necesarios para corregir o sancionar lo acaecido, de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el presente Decreto.
