°. La Asignación Básica Mensual del Consejero Auxiliar será de cinco millones ciento cuarenta y cinco mil noventa y seis ($5.145.096) moneda corriente.

Parágrafo

El empleo de Consejero Auxiliar tendrá derecho, previa autorización del Director del Departamento, a la Prima Técnica prevista en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan. Igualmente tendrá derecho a la Bonificación de Dirección establecida en el Decreto 3150 de septiembre 8 de 2005 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
