Recursos. Podrán interponer el recurso de reposición contra la resolución que inicia el procedimiento, en los términos previstos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo, el propietario del predio, las personas que tengan constituidos derechos reales sobre éste y el Agente del Ministerio Público Agrario, ante el mismo funcionario que profirió la resolución inicial.
