De los rieles usados que no estén utilizándose en el ferrocarril central del Norte o en el del Carare, se ceden ochenta al Municipio de Onzaga para montar unos puentes en la carretera que se construye de aquella población al punto de Santa Rosita, en la Carretera Central del Norte. Cédese también al mismo Municipio de Onzaga una volqueta para los trabajos de la carretera mencionada.
