Para conferir el título y entregar el diploma al graduando, el Rector o el Ministro, si estuviere presente, le exige, al terminar el examen, juramento de obedecer la Constitución y leyes de la República, sostener su independencia y libertades y llenar fielmente los deberes que le impone la profesión que ha elegido.
