Para los efectos del artículo 171 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, las entidades no oficiales de educación superior deberán certificar ante el ICFES, dentro de doce (12) meses siguientes a la vigencia de este Decreto que han expedido o adecuado el reglamento estudiantil.
