Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para que, una vez promulgada la presente Ley, proceda a celebrar con el Departamento de Cundinamarca un arreglo referente a la liquidación de los frutos de las seis mil acciones en la Empresa del Ferrocarril de la Sabana, que dicho Departamento vendió a la Nación por contrato número 173 de 26 de abril de 1898; contrato que la Corte Suprema de Justicia ha declarado resuelto por sentencia de 15 de junio del año pasado.
