Objetivo del fondo. El Fondo para el Fortalecimiento de la Inspección, Vigilancia y Control del Trabajo y de Seguridad Social (Fivicot), tendrá como objetivo fortalecer las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control del trabajo y la seguridad social.

El personal requerido por un beneficiario para el desarrollo de sus actividades misionales permanentes no podrá estar vinculado a través de un proveedor que afecte los derechos constitucionales, legales y prestacionales consagrados en las normas laborales vigentes.
