Cumplimiento de requisitos. Para la creación de un distrito es necesario que, acreditada cualquiera de las condiciones establecidas en el numeral 1 del artículo 8° de la Ley 1617 de 2013, modificado por el artículo 124 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, se cumpla con todos y cada uno de los demás requisitos señalados en los numerales 2 a 6 de la precitada norma.
