Certificados. Las Entidades Avaladas certificarán solamente a las personas que cursen y aprueben el programa académico ofrecido. El certificado que expidan deberá contener, como mínimo, la siguiente información:

a)

Nombre de la entidad avalada para impartir el Programa de Formación;

b)

Número de la Resolución que confiere el Aval;

c)

Nombre y cédula de ciudadanía del estudiante;

d)

Intensidad horaria del programa académico;

e)

Firma del Director.
