º . El Gerente Liquidador del Banco Central Hipotecario en Liquidación deberá adoptar, inmediatamente, todas las medidas necesarias para asegurar la conservación y fidelidad de todos los archivos de la entidad y, en particular de aquellos que puedan influir en la determinación de obligaciones a cargo de la misma. De conformidad con la Ley 594 de 2000, los archivos correspondientes a obligaciones pensionales serán entregados por el Gerente Liquidador a la entidad que administre el patrimonio autónomo al cual se refiere el artículo 8º del presente decreto.
