°. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación . El presente decreto tiene por objeto definir los requisitos y procedimientos para la afiliación colectiva de los trabajadores independientes con ingresos inferiores a dos salarios mínimos legales mensuales al Régimen Contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud a través de agremiaciones. Para efectos del presente decreto se entiende por agremiación toda persona jurídica sin ánimo de lucro constituida de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes, que tenga o incluya dentro de sus actividades la afiliación colectiva al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y que cumplan con los requisitos que se señalan en el presente decreto.
