A partir del 1° de enero de 2004, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Distritales I, Procuradores Metropolitanos I y Procuradores Provinciales será de tres millones quinientos cuarenta y ocho mil quinientos pesos ($3.548.500) moneda corriente. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de esta remuneración tendrá carácter de gastos de representación.
