(Transitorio). El Distrito Judicial de Pamplona que se crea por la presente Ley principiará a funcionar el l.° de mayo de 1912.

La reforma del artículo 2.°, en cuanto se reducen a tres las plazas de Magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, sólo regirá del 1.° de mayo de 1915 en adelante.

En caso de falta absoluta de uno o dos de los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, durante el actual período, quedará de hecho eliminada la plaza o plazas.
