Prohibiciones. Se prohíbe a todos los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada que tengan autorizados medios caninos, prestar el servicio en lugares cerrados, tales como centros comerciales, conjuntos residenciales, estadios y demás sitios, que a criterio de la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, ofrezcan riesgo para la seguridad ciudadana.

Parágrafo

Se entiende por lugares cerrados las áreas delimitadas que tengan controladas sus salidas y/o con una alta concentración de personas.
