En los casos de porte insuficiente, el destinatario pagará lo que falte en estampillas postales que el empleado respectivo adherirá y anulará sobre el boletín que corresponda y en, presencia de la persona que recibe la encomienda. Tanto de dicha irregularidad como de todas las que se observen en los boletines de expedición, se dará pronto aviso al inmediato superior para efecto de las sanciones a que haya lugar.
