Para tener derecho a la pensión basta justificar ante la autoridad competente la prestación de los servicios, los cuales podrán contarse desde cualquier época a la presente Ley. Como prueba suficiente se tendrá la certificación, en vista de los libros comprobantes existentes en Palacio, expida el Presidente de la Republica.
