° De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 72 de 1931, ninguna persona que tenga derecho para ello, podrá exigir ni aceptar en día domingo el concurso de otra para realizar o ejecutar trabajos intelectuales o materiales, salvo las excepciones expresadas en la Ley 72 de 1931 y en el presente Decreto. .
