No puede constituirse a favor de una familia más de un patrimonio de esta clase. Empero cuando el bien no alcance a valer el equivalente de doscientos cincuenta (250) salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes, puede adquirirse el dominio de otros contiguos para integrarle.
