Art. 1.° Ábrese al Presupuesto de gastos para la vigencia económica en curso el siguiente crédito extraordinario: SERVICIO DE 1883 Á 1884, Departamento de Fomento. Capítulo 89. Gastos varios. Art. 407. Gastos de carácter general.

Parágrafo 6

° Para pagar lo que se adeude por la edición, impresión, encuadernación &o. de los dos mil ejemplares de la obra titulada " Homenaje al Libertador Simón Bolívar en su primer Centenario" $ 3,450
