Decreto 1339 de 1995 · por medio del cual se modifica y adiciona el Decreto número 321 de 1994.

º. El artículo 9º del Decreto 321 de 1994 quedará así: "Podrá expedirse pasaporte al hijo de padres extranjeros, nacido en el territorio nacional, cuando alguno de ellos estuviere domiciliado en la República en el momento del nacimiento.

Parágrafo

número 1. El domicilio de los padres se probará de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el Código Civil.

Parágrafo

número 2. Para efectos del presente artículo los padres deberán cumplir con las normas migratorias establecidas en el país".
