Art. 1°. Reconócese á favor de la señora Isabel Lancero de Barlisa, súbita inglesa y viuda y única heredera de Rafael A. Barlisa, la suma de cuatro mil ocho pesos cincuenta centavos ($ 4,008 - 50) por el valor de los arrendamientos de una casa que, de propiedad de éste, sirvió de local á la Aduana de Riohacha desde Febrero de 1860 hasta el 19 de Mayo de 1865, á razón de sesenta y ($ 64) mensuales.
