DEROGATORIAS. Deróganse el artículo 11 de la Ley 51 de 1898, la Ley 139 de 1936, los artículos 2o, 10 y 11 de la Ley 57 de 1985 y las demás normas que sean incompatibles con lo expuesto en el presente Decreto.
