º . El órgano técnico o la entidad encargada de adelantar el proceso de evaluación, presentará al nominador la relación de él o los candidatos que a través de la evaluación demostraron poseer las competencias requeridas, para que discrecionalmente proceda a la nominación de uno de ellos.
