º . Ligas deportivas. Las ligas deportivas, como órganos de derecho privado, estarán constituidas como asociaciones o corporaciones por un número mínimo de clubes deportivos o de promotores o de ambas clases, para fomentar, patrocinar y organizar la práctica de deportes correspondientes a un mismo tipo de limitación, dentro del ámbito territorial del departamento o del Distrito Capital, según el caso, e impulsarán programas de interés público y social. No podrá existir más de una liga por cada tipo de limitación dentro de la correspondiente jurisdicción territorial.
