º La Dirección General del Cuerpo, cuando tuviere necesidad de destinar Oficiales de la institución en comisiones permanentes en otras entidades por cuya cuenta corra el pago de los sueldos correspondientes a ellos, se hará figurar, durante el tiempo que permanezcan en el desempeño de tales comisiones, en la Sección de Oficiales en Disponibilidad, pudiendo llenar las vacantes que se produzcan, conforme, a las disposiciones del presente Decreto, y a las establecidas en los reglamentos del Cuerpo
