°. Auxilio de transporte . El auxilio de transporte a que tienen derecho los empleados públicos de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil se. reconocerá y pagará en los mismos términos y cuantía que el Gobierno nacional establezca para los trabajadores particulares. No habrá lugar a este auxilio cuando la Registraduría preste servicio de transporte a sus empleados, cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en uso de licencia o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo.
