Art 35. Si en un Circuito hubiere más de una Notaría, no podrá nombrarse para las Notarías del mismo Circuito a personas que entre sí estén en cualquiera de los grados de la línea recta ascendiente o descendiente o que fueren entre sí adoptantes o adoptivos, hermanos, tíos, sobrinos, suegros, yernos o cuñados.
