Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto entra a regir el primero (1º) de julio de 2008, previa su publicación, y deroga los artículos 277, 282, 285, 286, 287, 288, 327, el numeral 3.5 del artículo 483 y el numeral 2.2.2 del artículo 497 del Decreto 2685 de 1999.
