Art. 5.° El Sr. Administrador principal de las Salinas, de acuerdo con el ordinal 2.° del artículo 472 del Código Fiscal, visitará personalmente cada dos meses alguna de las Subalternas, eligiendo preferentemente aquellas respecto de las cuales reciba informes desfavorables. El Jefe del Resguardo tiene la obligación de visitarlas cada mes también personalmente, y debe comunicar prontamente al Administrador principal las irregularidades que en ellas note.
