Para Efecto De Su Provisión Se Considera Que Un Empleo Está Vacante Definitivamente: 1

Para efecto de su provisión se considera que un empleo está vacante definitivamente

1.

Por renuncia regularmente aceptada.

2.

Por declaratoria de insubsistencia.

3.

Por destitución.

4.

Por revocatoria del nombramiento.

5.

Por invalidez absoluta del empleado que lo desempeña.

6.

Por retiro del servicio civil con pensión de jubilación o de vejez.

7.

Por traslado o ascenso.

8.

Por declaratoria de nulidad del nombramiento.

9.

Por mandato de la ley.

10.

Por declaratoria de vacante en los casos de abandono del cargo, y

11.

Por muerte del empleado.
