Salvo convenio especial, en una obra cinematográfica tienen derechos iguales el autor del argumento y el productor de la película.

Si la obra cinematográfica es musical y en ella ha colaborado un compositor, éste, el autor del argumento y el productor de la película tienen derechos iguales, salvo también lo que se haya estipulado en contrario.
