Traslado de títulos pensionales del personal activo. Cuando se hubiere pagado un título pensional por una persona activa, al anteriormente denominado Instituto de Seguro Social (ISS), hoy Colpensiones, y dicha persona se hubiere trasladado al Régimen de Ahorro Individual con solidaridad, Colpensiones deberá efectuar el traslado del título a la Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones que corresponda, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 2.2.4.4.11 del Decreto 1833 de 2016. (Artículo 4° Decreto 1970 de 2016).
