Autorizase al Gobierno para que destine la cuota de utilidades que corresponde a la Nacion en la Empresa del Ferrocarril de la Sabana a la prolongacion inmediata de esta linea al Bajo Magdalena, de acuerdo con el Gobierno del Departamento de Cundinamarca.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno podra, de acuerdo con el Gobierno del Departamento de Cundinamarca, hacer uso, para este ferrocarril, de las autorizaciones conferidas en el Artículo 4o. de la presente Ley.
