Los predios y mejoras que se adquieran para la ejecución de los programas de constitución, saneamiento, reestructuración y ampliación de resguardos y dotación de tierras a las Comunidades Indígenas, serán entregados a título gratuito a los Cabildos o autoridades tradicionales de aquellas para que, de acuerdo a sus usos y costumbres y de conformidad con las normas que las rigen, las administren y distribuyan de manera equitativa entre todas las familias que las conforman.
