º El Ministro del ramo, si el remate hubiere sido legalmente celebrado y no fuere lesivo a los intereses del Fisco, lo aprobará dentro del término de cinco días después de efectuada la licitación y luego aprobará el contrato dentro del término señalado por el artículo 8º de este Decreto.
