° El artículo 7° del Decreto 671 de 1989, quedará así: De las funciones de los Asesores del Consejo Superior del Servicio Civil en relación con el otorgamiento de distinciones y estímulos . El Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil recibirá las listas de los candidatos seleccionados por los Comités Sectoriales y escogerá, con la colaboración de los Asesores del Consejo Superior del Servicio Civil, a los funcionarios que se hagan acreedores a las distinciones y estímulos.
