Las instituciones financieras que hayan sido nacionalizadas continuarán rigiéndose por las normas especiales que en razón de su naturaleza les son aplicables, y las autoridades conservarán las facultades y funciones que las disposiciones les asignan en relación con ellas, hasta tanto culmine el proceso previsto en el artículo 13 del Decreto 2920 de 1982.
