El cheque deberá tener la expresión de su número de orden y de plaza y de la fecha en que se gira, la designación de la persona a cuyo favor se extiende y la de girado, la cantidad por que se gira, expresada en letras y números, y la firma del girador, o de la persona que suscriba por él.
