ARTICULO 63. El régimen prestacional de los servidores de la Fiscalía General de la Nación será el establecido por la ley para los servidores de la Rama Judicial. El reconocimiento y pago de las cesantías seguirán realizándose por intermedio de las Direcciones Nacionales y Seccionales de Administración Judicial, mientras la Fiscalía los asume directamente.
