Adiciónase el Estatuto Tributario con el artículo 634-1:

Artículo 634-1. Suspensión de los intereses moratorios. Después de dos años contados a partir de la fecha de admisión de la demanda ante la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, se suspenderán los intereses moratorios a cargo del contribuyente hasta la fecha en que quede ejecutoriada la providencia definitiva.
