Las acciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, estarán exentas del Impuesto de Renta y complementarios durante un período de veinte (20) años, contados desde la fecha de su emisión, y gozarán de las demás ventajas que fueron otorgadas por el mismo Banco al tenor del artículo 1o. de la Ley 49 de 1959 .
