Los subsidios familiares de vivienda asignados por el Gobierno Nacional o las Cajas de Compensación Familiar que no fueron legalizados durante su vigencia, podrán ser objeto de este trámite cumpliendo con los requisitos señalados en la normativa vigente y la que para los efectos expedirá el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio.
