Con el fin de que el Gobierno pueda apresurarse a dar cumplimiento a la Ley

31 del corriente año, por la cual se fomenta la navegación aérea y se conceden varios auxilios, abrece a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la actual vigencia económica, el siguiente crédito adicional.
