Articulo 176 . Puesta en conocimiento al presunto infractor . Realizadas las anteriores diligencias se pondrán en conocimiento del presunto infractor los cargos que se formulan, mediante notificación personal al efecto. El presunto infractor podrá conocer y examinar el expediente de la investigación.
