° De conformidad con el Decreto-ley 3189 de1968 asígnase a los siguientes funcionarios del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores gastos de representación así: Al Secretario General 50% de su sueldo básico mensual, a los Subsecretarios, al Director General del Protocolo y al jefe de la Oficina de Planeación 50% de su sueldo básico mensual, al Subdirector del Protocolo 45% de su sueldo mensual básico, a los tres Segundos Secretarios de la Dirección General de Protocolo el 40% de su sueldo básico mensual.
