El que con el propósito de fabricar las espacies a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, construya, conserve, venda o introduzca al país los elementos que, sin ser exclusivamente adecuados para obtener ese fin, sean aptos para realizarlo, incurre en prisión de uno a tres años.
