Al presentar un empleador solicitud de afiliación a una Caja de Compensación Familiar debe adjuntar estuvo afiliado anteriormente. Si se trata de un empleador que por primera vez efectúa el pago de los aportes previstos en los artículo 7 º y 8 º de la Ley 21 de 1982, por intermedio de una Caja de Compensación, debe comprobar que anteriormente no estaba obligado a pagarlos o que lo hacía en forma directa o que inicia hasta ese momento sus actividades como empleador.
